Clear Drafting is an Ottawa based - BCIN Certified - Engineering and Architectural design & drafting company that produces the highest standard of drawings and designs for Civil Engineering and Architecture projects. We welcome working with all clients from homeowners, to builders, to the Canadian Government. At Clear Drafting our philosophy is: Design it right so you can build with confidence.

Clear Drafting’s staff consists of experts in the field of Civil Engineering & Architectural Technology, BCIN certified and insured buildings designers by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, and field technicians as members of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians & Technologists.

Our BCIN architectural designer’s staff is familiar with all drafting standards regarding residential, commercial, and government projects. Our home drawings conform to the City of Ottawa’s plans examiners’ specifications for residential design. Our structural and space design is in full compliance with the 2006 Ontario Building Code(BCIN). And our Government of Canada projects are drawn in conformance with the Public Works and Government Services Canada’s (PWGSC) Computer Assisted Drafting and Drawings (CADD) Standards. Our draftspersons are highly experienced, well trained and educated.
